A special plant walk this month with a focus on herbs for the home first aid kit! Join us for a meander through a variety of habitats from lawn, to meadow, to hardwood and softwood forests as we explore some of our most common and useful herbs. At the end of the walk, my hope is everyone will feel comfortable using and identifying a few of our wild friends. Participants will be encourage to experiences these plants as we use all of our senses to learn about our local flora. Responsible and respectful wild-crafting practices will also be discussed. This plant walk is happening as part of the Village Medic Training. All are welcome to attend the walk!

When: Sunday May 18th 1-2:30 PM

Cost: $12 per plant walk or $40 for 4 plant walk package
