The Green Mountain Playboys play rocking Cajun music made for dancing! This four piece Vermont based band includes: Katie Trautz (fiddle, vocals), Alec Ellsworth (fiddle, vocals), Jay Ekis (Triangle, Vocals, Guitar, Bass), and Lee Blackwell (Guitar, Drums). All four members are well-versed Cajun musicians, having traveled to Louisiana a number of times to learn and share this style of music. They are a recently formed ensemble, playing at venues all over Vermont, gaining a quick reputation and fan following.
