The next MAUSD School Board meeting is Tuesday October 12th at 6pm in the Mt. Abraham large cafeteria. Following is a link to the agenda which includes a Zoom login for those who would prefer attending remotely.

The focus of this meeting centers around the Act 46 MAUSD Articles of Agreement and Board authority. As stated in the agenda:
"Discussion: Definition of Closure, Repurpose, Grade Reconfiguration and who has authority to take action."
Action: Board statement on definition of closure, repurpose, grade reconfiguration and who has authority to take action."
I personally believe that these two agenda items are integral for the Board to act on. They will set the foundation as the Board continues to explore long term facilities planning. I would encourage attendance if you have been (or not been) following this process unfold since December of 2020.
