Christyn King describes her Yoga program: “Yoga for Every Body” aims to foster a sense of inclusivity, accessibility, and playful enthusiasm to the process of coming home to ourselves. The more that we inhabit our bodies, cultivating space and strength to be with the edges that we encounter within ourselves, the more resilient and compassionate we become in our relationships with others. It brings me great joy to bring more yoga (the word itself translates to ‘union’) to our village in the spirit of strengthening and uniting our community, one body at a time.
