Over the last 15 years, Lewis Waite Farm has built an extensive network of farms to offer all the best foods our region can produce. We are now offering HOME DELIVERY – like a Farmer’s Market at your doorstep!
MEATS: We offer out own 100% grass fed beef and pork but the cut. We also offer lamb, chicken, duck, turkey, rabbit, and more from local farms.
DAIRY: Certified Organic yogurt, raw milk cheeses, grass fed, slow churned butter, Chevre and more.
FERMENTS: Lacto-fermentation is one of the healthiest ways to preserve the harvest. We offer several flavors of sauer and feuer krauts, Junbucha, live cider vinegar, live hot sauce, and more gut-healthy food options.
PANTRY: Fresh ground NYS organic flours, dried organic beans and grains, artisan granolas, Rock Hill Bakehouse breads, organic pasta, NYS organic soy sauces, small batch jams and mustards, maple syrup, honey, fruit vinegars and tonics.
• We are located in Jackson, between Cambridge and Greenwich, off Route 372.
• You can order for pickup at our farm anytime, or we deliver locally on the weekends.
• Saturdays we cover the Greenwich-Saratoga regions, and
• Sundays are Cambridge to Southern Vermont – Arlington-Dorset.
• If you liver further afield we are happy to arrange a meeting spot for you.
• Orders are due FRIDAY by 8:30 AM for weekend delivery.
