Twin Valley will be hosting their annual Flu Vaccine Clinic on: Wednessday, September 29, 2021 from: 1:30pm to 3:00pm

No appointment needed. 18 years of age and up, no minors. Bring your insurance information. A billing representative will be present to assist with paperwork. Be prepared to mask and social distance and be screened.

This is for Flu vaccine only, we will not be offering COVID/Flu joint clinics.
