Due to an uptick in local COVID-19 cases, the Select Board will be holding its meetings via Zoom at least through October, though Town Hall will be open and staffed for in-person participation, per. 1 V.S.A. § 312 (a)(2)(D). 5:00 PM Call to Order/Amendments/Welcoming guests

5:05 Listers update on hiring NEMRC to conduct property tax appraisals. Authorizing Treasurer to sign the contract. Action likely.

5:15 Signing Warning for the October 19, 2021, Site Visits and Public hearing re: downgrading a Class 4 section of Dolan Road. Action likely.

5:25 Correcting the Town Personnel Policy. Action likely.

5:45 Considering Susan Rickstad and Doug Lombard's request that NO OVERNIGHT PARKING signs be installed behind Town Hall and whether that would require a town-wide ordinance in order to be enforceable. Action possible.

6:00 Reviewing and possibly approving and signing a Memorandum of Understanding re: public access to proposed overlooks to be constructed behind Planetary Matters. Action likely.

6:15 Treasurer Report – update on search for a fulltime bookkeeper. Other Town financial issues. Action possible.

6:30 Highway Department Report – update on road issues. Action possible

- Approval of the minutes of the September 8, 2021 regular Select Board meeting and the September 15, 2021 Special Select Board meeting. Action likely.
