Adaptive Kayaking

Do you have mobility or balance issues? Ever wanted to try kayaking or get back to it if you have stopped? If so, the Community Senior Center has a free opportunity for you! Come join us on October 4th at 10:00 am at Waterbury Center State Park and learn from Cathy Webster, Physical Therapist and a volunteer with the Northeast Disabled Athletic Association (NDAA).

This will be an opportunity to experience paddling and determine if this is something you would like to do on an ongoing basis.
