Dear neighbors,

Locust Terrace will host an open block party on Sunday, Sept. 12. The street will be blocked off from 4 PM to 8 PM. The organizers will provide (thanks to funding from the Ward 5 NPA) a variety of non-alcoholic drinks and some snacks. Bring whatever food & drinks you want to share.
