Have you seen our town garden?

The community garden is opening its doors on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We're in the back yard of the Windsor Resource Center. Best access: from #1, Railroad Avenue. You can also get here from Mascoma Bank's parking lot. Go to the back. When you get to the dumpsters, take the metal staircase down to the back of the Welcome Center. The garden is on the lawn, enclosed by fencing.

At 11 a.m., Ham Gillett will give a workshop at Windsor Library on "How to make your own backyard composter." If you're still not sure what to do with your kitchen scraps, this is the answer.
