Mad River Valley residents are invited to take part in a community WindowDressers event with Montpelier this fall (Nov. 15-19) to build low-cost interior window inserts that improve the efficiency of old windows and add comfort this winter! In addition to providing durable inserts at low cost, WindowDressers covers the full cost for income-eligible households. Please be in touch if you'd like to learn more about getting inserts from WindowDressers.

Also, we're rounding up local volunteers to help with taking custom measurements in advance of the workshop. If you have an interest in helping to measure and are available tomorrow (Aug 3rd), there's a training in the Moretown Town Hall from 10 am to 4 pm. Trained 'measurement teams' will go to homes and businesses in the Mad River Valley and take measurements for the window inserts.
