Didge playing has been scientifically documented to relieve sleep apnea. It's also lots of fun!

Pitz Quattrone will teach a 3 week "how to play Didge" class at The Health Center. Bring your own Didge or Didges will be provided for the 1st class. Didges handmade by Pitz will be available for purchase at special in-class prices from $65 to $95. Class size is limited, sign up early.

Didgeridoo/Yidaki from Arnhemland, Australia, has taken Central Vermonter, Pitz Quattrone from the Arctic Circle to the Equator performing, recording and passing on his knowledge of this ancient instrument. The deep felt connection to the Didgeridoo combined with Pitz’s eagerness to pass on what he has learned about the Didge, has become a mission of his life’s work.
