Tuesday Band Concert, Waterbury Center Park

Past event
Jul 13, 2021, 7 to 8:30 PM

Hey Neighbors! The Waterbury Community Band will be in the Waterbury Center Park at 7:00 on Tuesday for a free concert of live band music. Bring a chair or a blanket and please join us! We may have rain in the morning, but we will hope for clear skies at 7:00. Of course, if it looks like rain, we will cancel for this week.

We will be playing here every Tuesday at 7:00, through August 17, weather permitting. The band is just back from a fabulous NQID parade appearance, and we are ready to play something besides the same three marches! And, please, if you would like to join us on an instrument, come on down! Are there any band students out there who want to keep the lip in shape and do some sight reading?

Waterbury Center Park is at the intersection of Howard and Mill streets in Waterbury Center, near the Hope Davey Park. You can reach it heading north from the village on Rt. 100, turning right on Howard St., just before the State Park entrance.

- Luther Leake, (French horn and band VP)
