Transition Town Jericho hosts this talk on Monday, January 27th, 6-7:30pm at the Jericho Community Center meeting room. Presenter is Rose Rochford, discussing how a warming planet will have impacts on our health, and a conversation with attendees on food, food waste, and nutrition. We'll focus on opportunities for adaptation and how collective efforts may lead to more choices for the future.

Rose Rochford is new to the Jericho Community and is Professor Emerita at the University of Colorado, Co-Director of the Colorado Consortium on Climate Change and Health and founding director of the University of Colorado Climate and Health Program.
