In our culture, time can seem like the enemy. We are often at the mercy of the urgent, with too much to do and too little time to do it. At Music and Spirit this Sunday, Pastor Don explores the teachings of monastics from many faiths who offer a different rhythm of life, giving us the choice to live life on purpose, instead of the frenzy of the prevailing culture. Music will be provided by Mary McGinniss, performing original songs for the season with the Selkies, with Juliet McVicker on bass and vocals and Steve Wienert on percussion.
