Come and try the free Taiji class this Sat. July 3 from 10-11am on the Common, behind the Gazebo!
This class is designed as an introductory class open to all levels. New folks are encouraged to attend. We will begin with simple Qigong exercises to slowly wake up the joints and warm the muscles, then a short standing meditation, followed by foundational Taiji exercises. As this is an introductory class, we will not be learning any forms.
Michele Miller has been practicing martial arts for over 28 years, training in Kajukenbo Kung Fu, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, Ku's Style Taiji, Chen Style Taiji and currently training with Master Su ZiFang in Singapore studying Sun Style Taiji.
Michele loves to teach all things movement, and is looking forward to sharing her love of Taiji with anyone who wants to give it a try!
