Charlotte Senior Center Zoom Talk June 23

Residents of surrounding towns are invited to participate in activities and courses from the Charlotte Senior Center. All lectures will be held online via Zoom through the summer months. The free talks at 1pm are live and interactive; they include closed captioning. Invitations/links to join the event are posted here, and they do not require registration. Links are also posted on the website at CharlotteSeniorCenterVT.org. Can't make it? Talks are recorded and posted for 2 weeks afterwards on the website.

Wed., 6/23 at 1pm: ETHIOPIA TRAVELS: HISTORY, CULTURE & SCENERY with Sheri and Rich Larsen ~ During their 3-week trip in 2019, there was a lot to see: In the north were the archaeological sites in Axum, wildlife in the Simien mountains, the castles of Gondor, the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela. A private tour in the south included visiting a number of tribes and the opportunity to observe many interesting birds.
