My daughter, Kim, will be offering some gentle yoga classes on the Westford Common on Wednesday, June 16th, 23rd and 30th from 8:45-9:45 am. This class is suitable for all levels; bring a mat or towel if the ground is damp, and any other props you like. $12 drop in class. In July, look for some yoga offerings at our Morse Hillside Farm.
