SATURDAY, June 5, 2-4 (outside at the UVM Hort Farm)
Curator Tad Dippel and former Friends board president Beth Gutwin invite you to a delightful walk around our beautiful Rhododendron collection as they tell you about specific needs, such as soil and location, how to grow, when to prune, growth rate, and care. In this collection, most plants are more than 35 years old and are some of the largest specimens growing in northern Vermont. They represent a part of our historical past and are much like what would have been found on the great estates of the early 20th century. Bring your questions and your camera and enjoy this spectacular display of blooms and refreshments after the tour.

This program will be presented outside at the UVM Horticulture Farm, 65 Green Mountain Drive, So. Burlington.
