Hi Folks,
Green Up Day is Saturday, May 3rd. If you are interested, please stop by the town office to get your bags. I will put some in the library if you forget to get your bags. The library is open from 10 to 2 on Saturday. After you have collected the litter, please remember that you have to bring the green bags to the town garage to put them in the dumpster provided.
As usual, the elementary kids will be Greening Up on the day before, Friday. They will be picking up the litter on all the dirt roads in town. Please remember to drive safely around the kids. Considering the shape of our roads this year, I probably don't have to say that. That means that if you do Green Up, pick a paved road. I believe Route 15 is already spoken for.
