Spring Bird Walk

Led by Margaret Fowle, Audubon Vermont
Join Margaret Fowle, Senior Conservation Biologist at Audubon Vermont, in looking and listening for birds in the open and shrubland areas of Wheeler Nature Park. Learn how to identify these species by sight and sound. Discuss habitat requirements of these birds and habitat improvement work that is planned in partnership with the US Fish & Wildlife Service.
Bring binoculars, good walking boots/shoes, insect repellant, etc.
Capacity is limited for this event, and registration will be required to participate. Anyone that does not register will not be allowed to participate in the event the day of.
The City is requiring the following during this event:
- Maintain social distancing during the event.
- No dogs are allowed during this event.
- If you are feeling sick, please do not attend this event.
