JOIN the MARCH OF THE TREES on ARBOR DAY, MAY 7 at NOON in MONTPELIER

The climate crisis is increasingly threatening our planet and our future, but TREES, --among the most generous and peaceful creatures on earth— can COME TO OUR RESCUE!

On VERMONT'S ARBOR DAY, MAY 7, a whole FOREST will temporarily uproot itself and will be marching in MONTPELIER to demonstrate that if we stop large-scale logging of our forests and let the TREES stand and grow to true maturity they will help us clear the air of climate-changing CO2.

Join us in the forest and transform yourself into a TREE of whatever kind you would like to be. Join the TREES as they walk silently along Main and State Streets in MONTPELIER, starting at noon at CITY HALL, 39 Main Street. Come early enough for the FOREST to gather itself. The MARCH OF THE TREES will end at the STATE HOUSE where at 1 pm RACHEL SMOLKER, Co-director of Biofuelwatch International will SPEAK FOR THE TREES.

For suggestions about how to make yourself a TREE, you can email us at . And if you'd rather not be a tree come as you are and walk in the woods among them.

Please spread the word, bring your friends and Be Sure To Wear Your Mask.
