Story Time Yoga with Sophia Light starts this Saturday!
Sophia visited the after school program yesterday and I got to do this 45 minute children's yoga session with her. It was fun, interesting, and challenging, even for me! The children get to learn about yoga while they become incorporated in a story. I highly recommend it:

Ages Kindergarten through fourth grade
Story Time Yoga bridges the physical action and inner listening of yoga with the creativity, imagination, and multicultural wisdom of story telling. We open with songs, name games, and a centering activity, then yoga warm-ups and the yoga story. Children acquire listening, oral, and literary skills, as well as body awareness, character development, and cultural understanding.
