Meat Plate: Beef Stew with Rice, 1 x Beef Sambusa, Fried Chicken, Side Salad, and Banana
Veggie Plate: Veggie stew with Rice, 2 x Veggie Sambusas, Side Salad, and Banana

TO RESERVE YOUR MEAL: There are sixty free meals available for Winooski residents and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a meal, email Jane at jhenderson@winooskiprevention.org or call and leave a message on our office voicemail, 802-655-4565, and let her know the following information:
- How any servings (up to 4 per family)?
- How many meat plates and how many veggie plates?
- What time you will be picking up your meal on 04/21 (pick-up is from 4PM to 6PM sharp from the lobby of the O'Brien Center)?
