Much of the recent growth in Manchester Center is the result of women-led businesses setting up shop. On Wednesday, March 24th at 6PM, The Manchester Community Library will introduce the community to several of them in "OPEN FOR BUSINESS," a conversation with the people behind The Artisan's Key, The Vintage Soul, Dina's Bakery Café and Downtown Window and Design.
Linda McKeever, co-owner of Christmas Days, will lead the discussion. She'll find out why it was decided to launch a new venture in Manchester Center and what it was like opening just before or during a pandemic. OPEN FOR BUSINESS is an opportunity to celebrate and support the achievements of women business leaders, a fitting topic during Women's History Month. Come with your curiosity and your questions. Join the conversation! This event is free and hosted virtually. To register and receive a zoom link, visit the events page on the Library website, https://www.mclvt.org.
