Becky Widschwenter of Mindful Movement with Becky will be sharing walking and running 101 basics, plus encouraging you to discover other activities that may be more aligned with your body.
Elizabeth Mauntler PT and Pelvic Health specialist will share pelvic health education including anatomy, function, integration with our other core muscles, and common symptoms suggestive of pelvic floor dysfunction.
