2. Review and Approve Minutes: 01/19/2021

3. Administrative Matters, if any:
Public awareness for the Town Plan Vote on Town Meeting Day 2021. Participate in Town Meeting Informational, Town Plan questions.

4. New Business:
• Presentation by Green Peak Solar, Lathrop facility proposal.
• Revisit proposed zoning updates discussed this past fall.

Public comments on tonight's agenda items following the public hearings will be called for at an appropriate juncture. We will hear public comments on other topics at the conclusion of our evening's deliberations.
