Saturday Program hosted by the Capital City Grange

Title: "Passing the Torch: 1970s back-to-the-landers pass Hollister Hill Farm on to city folk in 2019."
Saturday, via Zoom from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, a free online talk and discussion from the Capital City Grange's bimonthly series

Description: Bob and Lee Light moved to Vermont in the 1970s, with no farming background, and got their start farming on Littlewood Farm in Plainfield, before moving to Hollister Hill Farm in Marshfield. They added a bed and breakfast to the farm, and through it, they met the city family that just took over ownership in November, Neil and Catherine Dunlop and their four children. They'll talk about the joys and troubles of farming in Vermont now and over the last 50 years.
