February 4th at noon is the deadline to register for a free take-out meal that will be distributed at St. Catherine of Siena Parish parking lot in Shelburne on February 9th between 11:00 AM and noon. This free meal is for individuals 60 years of age and older and is provided by Age Well Vermont and St. Catherine volunteers. To register, please email soberding@yahoo.com or call 802-525-8546 and provide your name, address, phone number and birthdate.

The menu for February's meal is: Chopped Beef with Cheddar Cheese, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Baked Beans, Rolls/Margarine, Strawberry Shortcake and Milk. This is a freshly chilled meal to heat and eat at home.
