HEALING INTO BEING, A WAY TO START THE NEW YEAR WITH INTENTION.
How do we return to that essential place inside where our Being rests? Is that where healing comes from? And what is it, right now in your life, that needs your care and attention?
In this hour and a half online workshop we will explore questions such as these, giving time and space for our innate wisdom to emerge. Leveraging on practices such as breathing exercises, hatha yoga, meditation, and guided relaxation we may come to better understand our capacities to bring harmony back to the moments of our lives and hearts.

About Julie: Julie has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over a decade. In 2010 she received her 200-hr teaching certification from Kripalu School of Yoga in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Afterwards she began to teach weekly classes in her local community. Since then Julie has taught at various studios and has offered Yoga in schools to both students and staff members. In 2019&2020, Julie completed the three month Yoga Development Course followed by the Hatha Teacher Certification at Yasodhara Ashram in British Columbia. She teaches from her love of Yoga and the sincere desire to offer to others what has transformed her own life. As a teacher she aims to provide a safe environment for personal exploration, bodymind integration, and the depth of awareness and insight that the practices can evoke.
