Community Mindfulness Class Oct. 26

Nourish your body, mind, and spirit while connecting with your community on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Larissa Hall Carlson, M.A. will lead her third Community Mindfulness Class of the season with the Manchester Community Library via Zoom on Monday, October 26th at 5:30 p.m. In this session, Larissa will guide participants through a walking meditation. No meditation experience is necessary for these classes and ages 15+ are welcome. Please register for log-in info at mclvt.org/event/community-mindfulness-class-3.
