In 1915, four women left San Francisco in an open car and headed cross-country for Washington D.C., facing primitive, poorly marked roads, rugged terrain and challenging weather conditions along the way.  Their cause: Secure the right to vote for all women in the United States.

On October 14 at 1:30 PM the Community Senior Center hosts Anne Gass, whose great grandmother was one of the four, for her lively on-line presentation describing their quest.
Her presentation is based on her extensive research into articles and correspondence from the era and includes historic photos of the women's journey.
