The City is hosting another Community Hike on October 17th, at Wheeler Nature Park. It will take place from 9 AM - 11 AM, and will be led by Elizabeth Malone and Drew Shatzer, in connection with the South Burlington Master Naturalists. The hike will be focused on "The Trees of Wheeler".
Space is limited for this event due to current state guidelines. Please register for this event. Anyone that does not register will not be allowed to participate in the event the day of.
Participants will be asked to complete an online waiver and provide contact information for the purposes of contact tracing.
The City is encouraging the following during this event:
- Wear a mask during the event.
- Maintain social distancing during the event.
- Utilize hand sanitizer upon arrival.
- Do not share equipment.
- No dogs are allowed during this event.
- If you are feeling sick, please do not attend this event.
- If you have recently traveled, please check the Governor's most recent order/
guidance to make sure that you have followed any appropriate quarantine
requirements. If you have not met them, please do not participate in this event.
