DOCKSTOCK , Saturday August 22nd 1pm-3pm at Curtis Pond, Where Music Meets the Water!
Calling all canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, paddleboats and electric motor craft. With a scaled back Barnstock we can be socially distant and catch some tunes on the 86 acres of Curtis Pond.
Kicking off at 1pm sharp see Lewis Franco and friends perform a few tunes at the Curtis Pond dam and then head North to entertain folks on docks and lawns. With a surprise musical guest on a raft at the North end of Curtis Pond it will be worth the paddle or row when you follow the Whammy BARge as it stops to entertain at any dock or lawn with more than two spectators. Bring your PFD's Call your Curtis Pond friends to stop in for a picnic and visit. Be wise with your masks and social distance! Unload your craft by the fence at the bottom of Camp Rd then please move your car so others can unload or park and launch your boat at the State fishing access further up Worcester Rd where you can paddle over to the aptly named Corona Cove by the dam. After a few tunes by the Franco band the bagpipes will be your signal to launch as we head North.
