Did you know that diving in to a creative process even for just one hour a week helps reduce anxiety, stress and fear while bolstering self-confidence? True story. Scientists have even found that it builds immunities and improves mental and physical health.

Detox, de-stress, relax, and enjoy the end of a perfect summer day with your neighbors, homemade ice cream by The Udder Guys, Animals & Art with Rachel Mirus, Music by Dan Greenleaf, Bobby Kelly & Aidan Melville. Bring a blanket and hang with your peeps for games, art, music and ICE CREAM! What could be more chill?

Art and music free & open to the public.
