At a duly warned meeting held on July 15, 2020, the Winooski Board of Civil Authority has authorized the City Clerk to process early voter absentee ballots per 17 V.S.A. §2546a on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 9 AM. This meeting is simply to process absentee ballots. The Board of Civil Authority will not discuss any regular meeting items or take testimony. Due to COVID-19, this meeting will only be made available to the public remotely via Zoom.
