5:20 Planning Commission presents its revised Energy Plan after holding a public hearing and approving the plan on
July 1, 2020. No action.

5:30 Highway Department Update –
• Reviewing mowing bids. Action possible.
• Update on Center Road potholes. Action possible

5:50 Setting the 2020 Municipal Tax Rate. Action likely.

6:15 Modifying the Board's February 4, 2020 motion imposing a 5% penalty on late HS-122 (Homestead Declaration filers) who fail to file their HS-122 by the State deadline, per 32 VSA §5410. Action likely.
