Registration for tomorrow is OPEN for newly-renamed CraftFit classes at COC, with two class options on Thursdays at 4:00 and 4:45pm. Classes will be similar to the CrossFit classes our regulars have enjoyed in the past; we are simply rebranding under a new name.

FREE at the moment while we ramp back into regular fitness programming. Prior sign-up is now required (per Vermont Covid guidelines). Classes are capped at 10 and conducted outside for the time being.
