Selectboard Meeting

The Town of Alburgh's Selectboard meeting on June 9 is open to the public and will also be broadcast via zoom—providing simplified video conferencing across any device, as well as teleconferencing/audio conferencing using a traditional phone.

If you plan on attending in person, please note the following:
1) The meeting will be held in the Bingo Hall, to allow for six feet of physical distancing between attendees,
2) Per our Governor's orders, the maximum number of people allowed to attend in person is 25, including the members of the Selectboard, the Town Clerk & Treasurer, and the Assistant Town Clerk & Treasurer, and
3) Face coverings are required.

If you plan on joining via zoom, please note the following
1) Download and install the latest version of zoom — https://zoom.us/download,
2) To join with video, click this link…https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5043834193,
3) To join via phone, dial, 1-646-558-8656. When prompted, enter the following Meeting ID…504-383-4193-#,
4) You will be invited into the meeting by the "host",
5) You are entering in "mute" mode, so if you have questions or comments, please try to use the chat feature. (It is impossible to efficiently conduct a zoom meeting when multiple people speak at the same time.), and
6) The meeting will be recorded.

This is the first time an Alburgh Selectboard meeting is being conducted via zoom, so please be patient as we navigate our way.
