I. Call to Order: 7:00 PM
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.
II. Public Forum.
III. Public Hearing - Water and Sewer District Annual Meeting
• Review of operating budgets, capital budgets, and upcoming projects
• Consider adjustments to rates
• General issues
IV. Regular Business.
1. Fourth of July celebration status update.
2. Village paving and Main Street sidewalk projects update.
3. Coronavirus COVID-19 update: preparations, response, safety plan, and impacts to municipal operations.
4. Request from resident at 9 Elm Street for street light removal.
5. Request from George Vince to pay half the repair cost for boundary fence.
6. Addison County Regional Planning Commission contract amendment proposal for continued work on a Unified Development Ordinance.
7. Vacation carryover requests. May include deliberation in Executive Session under personnel matters.
8. Approval of the February 17, May 11, and May 18, 2020 meeting minutes.
9. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor licenses.
10. Selectboard roundtable.
11. Town Administrator's report.
V. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received.
VI. Executive Session - tentative: contract negotiations per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1)(A), labor relations agreements per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1)(B), and personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).
VII. Adjourn.
