Fairy houses, seed bombs, cheese and veggies! There is a most amazing family event happening on the Jericho Center green this Saturday (Aug 17 from 10-2). "Storytime in the Garden" brought to you by the Jericho Town Library and the National Gardening Assoc! It is sure to be a great time for the little ones (older siblings welcome)! There are 13 craft and food stations planned with related stations with baskets of books and blankets to allow children and their family opportunities to continue to explore stories outside. Come for an hour or bring a picnic lunch and stay for a while. Recommended grades: preK-2. This program is FREE!!! Thanks to a Winnie Belle Learned grant funded by Dr. Rawson.
