Greetings.
Residents and others please note that the next meeting of the Planning Commission will take place on Thursday, April 23rd .
This will be the first meeting of the Commission held under the authority of H.681,which was signed into law by Governor Phil Scott on March 30. The law allows bodies such as Planning Commission's to conduct public meetings entirely 'online,' without having a public gathering place.
The agenda posted at https://goo.gl/Oh9xN6 includes information for anyone wishing to participate. The same agenda and information are posted on the "agenda center" page of the Town web site. (Look for the Planning Commission section.)
As Planning Commission Chairman Jason Grignon has previously noted, this first meeting back will be shorter and more organizational in nature.
The substantive portion of the agenda will begin with the election of officers (i.e., the annual vote for Chair and Vice Chair).
The remainder of the meeting will primarily consist of a discussion of the Commission's priorities over the next several months.
