As we all hunker down in our homes, this is a great time to develop our communication skills! Do you sometimes feel torn between the impossible choices of stuffing your anger and ignoring your own needs, or speaking up for yourself and facing the anger of someone else?
Nonviolent Communication is a four step process to help you express and honor your own needs in a way that holds the least probability of triggering the other person. This new form of communication can support positive relationships with your children, your friends, partners, loved ones, coworkers and yourself.
The workshop will teach you the skills and offer the opportunity to practice with others using hypothetical and real life scenarios.
