Essex Elementary School Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten Registration will be held at the Essex Elementary School during the week of April 14th-18th. Parents who have not picked up an enrollment packet and set up an appointment for registration week need to stop by the school as soon as possible.
Students must turn 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2014 to be eligible for Kindergarten this upcoming school year.
When bringing children to their kindergarten appointments parents must have the following with them:
• A fully completed enrollment packet
• A copy of their child’s birth certificate
• An up-to-date immunization record
• 2 proofs of residency in the Town of Essex. We will accept the following: a driver’s license, military id, utility bills, sales/lease contract or a filled out Landlord Certification form so the district may verify occupancy with the landlord. The Landlord Certification form is located in the enrollment packet.
