From 6:30-8:30 on the next 4 Tuesdays, we will be journeying toward deeper listening to our bodies' wisdom as we gently disentangle the patterns which disconnect us from ourselves and thus the earth from which we come.

"Reticulations: Re-membering Ourselves into the Web of Life" is an exploration of embodiment practices, movement, art and sound to support reconnecting to our strengths, power and purpose.
We live in a very complicated world. We are beginning to see some shifts and potential changes related to the destructive path our specie has been treading. I believe that at the root of this destruction lies a disconnection from our very source - from the earth of which our bodies have been created. How else can we shift or create any change without 1st reconnecting through the patterns of pain, isolation and confusion that live within our own bodies?
We will be exploring some of what lives within our bodies as we celebrate and honor the beauty and power that we are.

I'm excited about the group that is forming for this 4 week series beginning in 1 week. I've extended the registration because I think it would be wonderful to share this work with more people. Let me know if you have questions or are interested. I invite you to attend the 1st class on the 10th to see if its a good fit. After the first class, the doors will be closed to new participants.
