If you missed the 4th of July festivities in Richmond when they had to be cancelled due to flooding, you have a second chance. They have been rescheduled for Saturday August 24. The following is from the Richmond town website:

The annual 4th of July Parade and Fireworks has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 24th. Come join us for the parade at 10:30, Fun Run at 10:30, picnics and fun afterward and fireworks at dusk.
