Last year, a bunch of us read "How to Change Your Mind: What the New Science of Psychedelics Teaches Us About Consciousness, Dying, Addiction, Depression and Transcendence.", as part of the Meetinghouse Book Group. We were so impressed by the book that some of us are continuing to meet and discuss. On Feb. 9, we'll watch a short half an hour video, hopefully hear from one among us who recently did an ayahuasca ceremony, discuss possibly bringing a Holotropic Breathwork person to speak at the Meetinghouse, consider books and article for future reading, and whatever else is on you heart and mind.
