On Friday, February 7th, Sunrise Burlington is hosting a Democratic debate watch party at Rights & Democracy. The goal of the event is to build community and provide a positive and supportive space to practice civic engagement for everybody. It's free and open to everyone, and there will be snacks and goodies provided!

About Sunrise: Sunrise Burlington is our local hub of a national youth movement fighting to stop the climate crisis through political action. We're building an army of young people to make climate change an urgent priority across America, end the corrupting influence of fossil fuel executives on our politics, and elect leaders who stand up for the health and wellbeing of all people to ensure a livable future. After a rigorous process examining each candidate's plan to combat the climate crisis (and the priority they place on it), and a democratic vote, Sunrise has endorsed Bernie Sanders for president.
