The agenda will include discussion of the following:
-Application by Glenn and Barbara Johnson for the removal of an existing garage, and the construction of a new garage and an addition to west side of home
-Application by Richard and Marguerite Meunier for Final Plan Review for a two-lot residential PUD.
-Application by Trinity Baptist Church for Preliminary Plan Review of a two-lot subdivision bisecting a parcel with existing Conditional Use (church) and, on proposed vacant parcel, eight-unit residential PUD.

Please note:
-The previously warned application by Scott Gardner for Preliminary Plan Review for a four-lot resubdivision has been withdrawn. A revised application will be the subject of a future hearing.
