Our speaker this week is Bill Robinson and is titled: "Riding the Waves: the Evolution of Software Development, 1973-2013." The talk traces the changes in the way computer applications were developed and is based on his experiences close to the edge of the industry. Note: nontechnical terminology is used! With the enormous extent computers play in our lives, this may be enlightening. Lecture is held at the Commodores Inn, 623 South Main St. (Rt 100) Stowe. Refreshments follow the lecture.
